We really enjoyed the stay at this charming home, it was welcoming and charming. All the amenities that was needed was available and close to historic St Augustine. The hostess was great and friendly. We would stay there again. Five stars all the way!

We had a great stay! The kitchen was great for making meals when we didn’t want to eat out. Very spacious. Our pup loved the fenced in yard and tree lined streets. Easy to get to everything. We will be back!

Great stay at an enjoyable location in St. Augustine. The home was extremely clean, updated, and had everything I needed to unwind for a few days while traveling. The home had a pleasant decor and furnishings with a practical layout. The bedding was comfortable and relaxing. It was close enough to the downtown historic district for a walk into town. I'd choose this location again if the opportunity came up.

#4 Nelmar is nestled in a lovely historic neighborhood less than 5 minutes from historic downtown St Augustine. The property is beautifully renovated with every amenity. Incredibly comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a visit to St Augustine. Bri is an amazing hostess .

My family and I took a little vacay to st Augustine and we were so happy we decided to stay here instead of a hotel. The house is beautiful and so is the neighborhood. It is so close to everything as well we didn’t have to do much driving.We were very comfortable and will be booking this place again next time we come.

My get away weekend..
I had a great stay,very clean house with everything you might need..the only thing it needed was a grill..it is a good location and pretty quiet area.. it's very close to the road to vilano and the old jail..it has a great yard for small dogs..

Great Location!
This property surpassed our expectations! My husband, Myself, our 2 kids ages 6 and 8, and my mother who is a senior ALL loved this cute home. Very well stocked. The fenced backyard was perfect for our 2 small pups.
It's only a half mile from downtown. So close that our whole party walked downtown a few times and ubered back. A very short walk to the Old Jail and Depot if you want to buy tickets and ride the trolley.
The street is absolutely beautiful. Take a stroll around the block and enjoy the queen palms shooting up through the oaks that are dripping in Spanish Moss. It's just so vey Florida.

Beautiful home, ideal location
We found the home and location ideal. Greeted with a nice welcome note and a few small vases with fresh flowers Home felt like an IKEA show home. Everything done IKEA. Cabinets to all dinnerware. Right down to bedding and decor items. Looks professionally done.
Location enables walking to historic areas in St Augustine. We also ride our bikes to beach towns.
High fenced yard for our dog and privacy. We felt safe in the neighborhood. Left our Ebikes in the yard locked up and covered. There is an outside plug to charge them. Yard equiped with outdoor furniture and flower pots were a nice touch. Beds extremely comfortable. Enough linens and extra blankets, if needed. Well stocked kitchen with essentials, like soap, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, etc. Mire than enough dishes all matching and also utensils in abundance. Glasses coffee cups and even coffee pods. Laundry detergent and soap and shampoo and conditioner in both bathrooms.
We loved staying in this home we actually extended our stay. We even inquired about an extended 2 month stay. Host manager was quick to respond. We had one minor issue with the home. Two outlets were not working. I had my computer plugged in and didn't realize it, until my computer went dead during a meeting. I notified the host and she apologized. I assume they will be fixed. But regardless there are by far enough electric outlets available. Everything is was new and in be excellent working condition. One thing that would be nice is it rive hookson the back of the bathroom doors. But that's minor.
All in all, a wonderful home and lovely location. Highly recommend and we would love to return.
