Great location. Clean and nice apartment.
There wasn’t anything that we did not like about it. We only spent one night there, but I could have spent another. The front door lock is a little tricky but once we figured out how to work it, we were OK.

A localização era excelente, muito próximo metrô, ao ponto do bonde 28, praça Martim Muniz, e diversas lojas e cafés. A vista era linda, o apartamento muito limpo, espaçoso e confortável, ficamos no maior. Ter elevador, utensílios de cozinha, secador de toalha no banheiro, maquina de lavar e secar, além de ferro de passar foi ótimo, fez da nossa estadia muito prática. As janelas são anti-ruído, tivemos ótimas noites de sono, chuveiro e camas muito confortáveis. Ficaria aqui novamente com certeza.
Como o local é uma via de pedestres, o carro não chega até a porta, tem que andar com as malas no calçadão, tipo 1 quadra, não houve nenhuma flexibilidade de early check out (pedi para chegar 13h para deixar as malas), mesmo contratando o serviço de shuttle deles. Como é uma região central, em todos os horários tem um pessoal "à toa" nas ruas, muitos pedintes e mendigos, mas sem maiores problemas. Poucos amenities de limpeza como saco de lixo e detergente de lavar louça. Tivemos um problema para abrir a porta da primeira vez, tem um macete para isso que poderia ter sido explicado antes para evitar perda de tempo. Um dos dias também ficamos trancados dentro do prédio porque alguém travou a porta principal da rua, mas foi resolvido rápido. Ter que tirar o lixo do apartamento também antes de sair é uma chateação.

Travelling a lot throughout Europe the last 10 years and staying in all sorts of hotels and flats, we must highlight that this is THE best accommodation we have ever experience.
The location cannot be more central - literally two steps away from the massive Zara store in Rossio and 10 from the Rua Augusta (the must-visit street leading to the triumphal arch by the end of the street).
Yet the best part personally for us is how magnificent the interior design of the flats, lit’s like you’re staying in a super luxurious design-grade upscaled stay of an old-money millionaire. Super stunning and amazing.
Also the staff of the management company - Feels Like Home - were super helpful to support us to receive the delivery of our lost luggage from the airlines. Super thankful to their kindness.
I can wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone wanting a great time in Lisbon and would for sure love to stay here any time visiting Lisbon
