Overall, while the location and resort amenities were nice, the combination of maintenance problems, misleading listing

The location was convenient, especially being close to the airport, and the resort itself has several nice pools that were a great addition to our stay.

Unfortunately, there were quite a few maintenance and service issues that affected our experience. The unit only had three EV charging stations, all located in inconvenient areas throughout the property. One of the lamps was broken, the screen door was completely detached and left sitting on the patio, and the shower wouldn’t fully turn off, causing the water to drip continuously. The listing also significantly misrepresented the view. Other reviews mentioned this, and they were accurate—we overlooked the outdoor garbage cans rather than the scenic view shown in the photos. We were also surprised to learn that parking was not included and came with a very expensive daily fee. The biggest disappointment was the customer service. When we checked in, we discovered the hairdryer was broken and immediately notified the host. They replied that they would look into it, but after a full day there was no update. After I followed up again the next day, I was told to buy one myself and they would reimburse me. I didn’t think it was reasonable to spend part of our vacation shopping for an item that should have been provided. Even after I purchased one and sent the receipt, the response was simply that they would “keep me posted.” Even though it was eventually resolved days later, it was frustrating to have to keep following up during our stay.

The bathroom had not been cleaned thoroughly before our arrival. The comforters were dingy & mattress covers/ dust covers stained, sheets unmatched. The balcony is above the construction equipment & supplies, and resort operations area. We were not made aware, ahead of time, that remodel-construction is going on @ resort. You must walk a maze of floors to get to pool & restaurant.
