The staff were amazing and so helpful. The range of gluten free meals was excellent and the quality of the food was great. The pub and restaurant were nicely done out and the bedroom was pleasant and a good size.
The beds were too soft and the bed linen was polyester which clung to us. Crisp cotton bed linen would really elevate the stay. The bathroom window was locked which made it unpleasant when it really needed to be open if you get my drift. The stair and landing carpet was filthy, which was a bit off putting.
