We stayed at this 3-bedroom villa in Sanur for three nights and had a great experience. The location is excellent — very close to the beach and just a short walk from ICON Bali Mall, which made it easy to access restaurants, shops, and the beachfront area.
The villa was clean, spacious, and comfortable for our group. Even without a private pool, the overall setup was perfect for a relaxing stay. One of the best parts was the independent check-in and check-out, which was extremely convenient and hassle-free.
The place felt safe, quiet, and ideal for families or groups looking for comfort and privacy.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would happily come back. Highly recommended!

We stayed 8 nights here and had a mixed experience with this property. The cleaning staff were friendly and did an excellent job, we were able to drop off our baggage early before check-in, and the host was initially very responsive when we reported issues after check-in. It’s located very close to the beach, ICON mall, & many restaurants. However, it’s hard to locate on Google Maps and Grab so you’ll have to give a local shop address for pick-ups/drop-offs. The beds were very comfortable with extra pillows.
Unfortunately, there was a persistent foul sewer odor coming from both the master bedroom ensuite and the main living room bathroom. The host sent someone out promptly, first to try drain cleaner and later to install a drain plug that needed to be ordered. While the plug was installed quickly, it did not resolve the odor. After that, our messages regarding the issue went unanswered. The smell was strong enough that we were unable to comfortably use the master bedroom or the dining/living area for the duration of our stay. The a/c unit in the master bedroom also did not work.
We experienced a couple issues with the kitchen. Upon arrival, neither stove burner was working. One burner was repaired the following day and the second was fixed three days later. The listing also advertised a toaster, coffee maker, kettle, and dishwasher, but there was no toaster, no coffee maker, nor kettle, and although a dishwasher was present, it was not operational and no dishwasher detergent was provided. Kitchen supplies were also quite limited, with only one small sharp knife (plus a bread knife) available for food preparation.
Another challenge was the noise at night. A neighbouring dog barked for an extended period almost every night, typically beginning around 3:00 a.m. and continuing for approximately 45 minutes or longer. It could be heard inside the bedrooms with all doors closed. While we understand this is outside the host’s direct control, it did impact our ability to get a good night’s sleep.
We specifically chose this property because it offered a kitchen and three bedrooms, so these issues significantly affected our stay.
If the sewer odor is permanently resolved and the listing is updated to accurately reflect the available kitchen appliances and supplies, this could be a beautiful place to stay. The property itself has a lot of potential.
