We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Couch House. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The property is beautifully presented, spotlessly clean, and full of character while still offering all the modern comforts you could need.
The attention to detail really stood out from the cosy furnishings to the thoughtful little touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the whole place felt peaceful and relaxing.
The location is ideal, with plenty to explore nearby, yet still quiet enough for a proper break. Communication with the host was excellent throughout friendly, helpful, and welcoming.
We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere special. We will definitely be returning!

Good location. Comfy sofa and great walk in shower. Bed mattress was extremely hard though so we found it
difficult to sleep comfortably but thats a personal preference. We took our dog and I assumed there was an enclosed garden he could go in if needed to nip out in the night but wasn’t and it’s on a main busy road so be mindful if taking pets. Pub next door with electric charge points which was super handy and walk to Balsall Common nice through Lavender Park. Lovely place for breakfast was Monica’s Cafe.
