The beds were absolutely so comfortable! The shower and bathroom amazing.
There are very few plugs and I use the phone charger you just plug in USB port that most lamps or alarms have now and could not locate so did not get to charge our phones.

We liked the location plus the staff and the hotel itself were excellent
Definitely the wifi needs attending too as difficult to get on, the staff very generously connected me to the staff wifi - although this wasn't great either

The food was a bit over the top but the shower was awesome.

Ein Hotel, dass nicht nur mit dem Design und der wahnsinnigen Kunstsammlung im ganzen Hotel überzeugt, sondern auch sehr aufmerksamen und freundlichen Service hat. Toll!
