Located just one mile from the heart of Douglas and Saugatuck, this residence was custom-designed by experienced vacation rental owners specifically to meet every guest's need. Whether you are here for the local beaches, boutique shopping, or a quiet nature retreat, this home offers a seamless, one-level living experience with stunning views of our private pond and wooded acreage.
The Layout
This home is designed for effortless movement with true zero-entry access from all entrances. Every interior wall is insulated for sound, ensuring a quiet and peaceful stay for everyone in your group. The home features three spacious bedrooms, each offering the luxury of a private ensuite bathroom:
The Primary Suite: Overlooks the rear yard and pond. It features a king bed and a spa-like bathroom with a 72”x36” zero-entry shower, complete with a bench and handheld wand.
Bedroom 2: Includes a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Bedroom 3: Includes a private bathroom with a tub and shower combination.
The Den: Double doors provide privacy for this extra space, which utilizes a queen air mattress and has easy access to a half-bath just around the corner.
Chef’s Kitchen and Dining
The gourmet kitchen and walk-in pantry make hosting a breeze. High-end appliances include a five-burner gas cooktop, wall oven, microwave, and a dedicated beverage refrigerator. Enjoy your meals at the dining table for eight or the breakfast bar with three stools. Just steps away, you will find a large three-burner gas grill for outdoor cooking.
Relaxation and Entertainment
Screened-In Porch: Located right off the kitchen, this is the perfect spot to dine and relax while staying protected from the elements.
Hot Tub and Custom Fire Pit: Step outside to find a brand new hot tub and our hand-crafted, custom-built fire pit. It is the perfect spot for roasting marshmallows and gathering under the stars.
Heated Game Room: The three-car garage has been transformed into an entertainment hub featuring shuffleboard, darts, PacMan, electronic basketball, and giant Jenga.
Fenced Yard: The rear yard is totally fenced, providing a secure space to enjoy the beautifully landscaped grounds.
Nature and Location
The property is a haven for wildlife. Watch deer wander by or catch a glimpse of the giant blue heron that frequents our pond. The location offers incredible sunrises and sunsets, and the clear night sky allows for stargazing directly from your bed. Enjoy free EV charging during your stay! Our secure, covered garage features a dedicated 240V, 50-amp NEMA 14-50 outlet for fast Level 2 charging at zero extra cost. Please note that guests must bring their own mobile connector cable to plug into the outlet.

Great communication from the Host before we got there, while we were there and even after we left. We had a great time. Very clean home and nice large backyard for our dogs to roam around a bit. Garage was all set up as a game room which came in handy when it rained. Very peaceful place to stay. Quiet. We enjoyed the occasional deer that could be seen just beyond the backyard fence. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and the shower was truly awesome! We love this area of Michigan and would love to come back for another stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was beautiful and clean. We loved the screened in porch area for morning coffee and the hot tub was great in the evenings. Location was also great. Not too far from town and local wineries. Host was easy to get a hold of and answered promptly.
