About this apartment rental
The apartment is located in the heart of the city, just 200 meters from Plaça Catalunya — the most touristic area in Barcelona. Everything you might need is right around the apartment: restaurants, shops, and the airport bus stops just nearby. You’ll also find many famous brand stores within a short walking distance. We have two apartments on the same floor, side by side, and each is designed for 4 people. So with prior arrangement, a reservation can be made for max to 8 people.

Perfect location.....super noisy nightlife right below. Easy unit for a few days.

Host was great. Room was great. Had to hold shower head in order to shower. Limited hot water. Constuction noise from the street repairs ourside every morning so bring earplugs. Location is excellent. All this being said, we would stay here again!

Its excellent location but very very noisy. Windows/doors dont seems to have noise cancellation capabilty. Feels like ur sleeping right in the market ( night street cleaning crew sound was crazy loud) . Except that everything is as described/expected

Shota was an incredibly communicative host—anytime we had a question, he responded quickly. He coordinated an easy key drop-off since we had a tight window before an event, and we were greeted by Soso, who helped with our bags upstairs & connected us to WiFi. The welcome and communication were truly 5/5.We booked knowing this was a new listing, so there’s always some risk without reviews.Pros:Very clean apartment with fresh-smelling bedding. Having central AC, a washer, and two beds was a huge plus and hard to find in this area. Great location. We also really appreciated the blackout curtains that had been installed after the listing photos—it was a nice touch and made a difference for sleeping.Cons / Things to note:It’s not truly a two-bedroom—it’s a one-bedroom with an additional bed in the living room. It worked for us, but helpful to set expectations.The space feels like a bachelor pad converted into a rental, with visible wear and tear (e.g., masking tape on fridge handles/floors). The AC didn’t reach the bedroom well, the shower head holder was broken (had to hold it), and there was some mold in the shower. The bedroom mattress is quite worn—you can feel the springs.Hot water may only last for one shower—fine if you’re quick, but my sister did run out. We also only had two partially used rolls of toilet paper for a three-night stay.Additional notes:Laundry and drying rack was a big bonus after traveling for over a week!
