The location is great, perfect distance between Estes Park and RMNP. Nice to have a kitchen, full size refrigerator. It was easy to get in and out, Bathroom was big, and there was plenty of space for two people.
The bed was hard as a rock. I know some people like firm beds, this one was just hard. Felt like i was sleeping on the ground. Places like this need to offer an option mattress pad that will at least give you the option of pillow top comfort, even if it is for a $10 charge. It is nearly impossible to travel with your own mattress pad. The fireplace looks nice, but it really doesn't put off any heat. It seems like it is just for looks only. And why does the seating area have two separate chairs instead of a couch? It is a room for a couple, we want to sit together.

Room was clean, comfortable and well taken care of. Location was very good
Would've been nice for the electronic lock to work. Couple missing kitchen items would make things easier such as a pizza pan

"We really enjoyed being able to cook meals, it was 2 miles to the entrance of RMNP. It was clean and we had our own parking spot."
