About this house rental
Off I-40, with off-street parking at the door and keypad entry at any hour, so a short stop stays simple. Air conditioning, a full kitchen, in-unit laundry and ALLO fiber internet if the stay runs longer. Private fenced backyard and a private entrance rather than a shared corridor. Coffee, groceries and restaurants are a short drive. One bedroom with a king bed, and air mattresses are available for up to four guests. The other half of the duplex is also ours.
-No eating or drinking in the bedrooms or living room. Please enjoy your meals and drinks in the kitchen/dining area.
-Please make sure that you turn off all lights and electronics when you leave the property.
-Please do not place the AC unit below 70 degrees.
-Please ensure that all windows and doors are locked when you leave to ensure the safety of your personal property in the unit.
-Please place a sheet over the couch and bed comforter if your pets are going to be laying on it.
-If used, please take a minute to deflate and put away the blow up mattress.

Clean unit, owner communicates well, really liked the modern finish, it’s has everything you might need for an overnight stay or a month. I will definitely stay her for work and pleasure each month when I’m in Kingman. Shhh don’t tell too many people how great it is or it will never be available…:)

Check in was quick and easy, very homey, nicely cleaned and the host was great in communication would definitely stay there again

I had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, quite and exactly as described. Scott was responsive and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. The location was perfect with many extra amenities as well as a comfortable bed.
