About this house rental
A gas BBQ in a private block wall yard, and pets are welcome. Air conditioning, a full kitchen with a full-size fridge, in-unit laundry and a smart TV inside. Private entrance and no shared indoor space. Historic Downtown Kingman, Route 66, Kingman Regional Medical Center and I-40 are all minutes away, with restaurants and the golf course close by. One bedroom with a king bed, and air mattresses are available for up to four guests. The adjoining unit is also ours.
-No eating or drinking in the bedrooms or living room. Please enjoy your meals and drinks in the kitchen/dining area.
-Please make sure that you turn off all lights and electronics when you leave the property.
-Please do not place the AC unit below 70 degrees.
-Please ensure that all windows and doors are locked when you leave to ensure the safety of your personal property in the unit.
-Please place a sheet over the couch and bed comforter if your pets are going to be laying on it.
-If used, please take a minute to deflate and put away the blow up mattress.

This is a great place to stay! Very clean and has everything you will need! Best bang for your buck by far! This is the 3rd property I've stayed at in Kingman with this host and every time, the process has be so easy. They are great to work with. Communication is great. The location is perfect!! The neighborhood is quiet and it's between 2 main exits so anything you need is not far. I highly recommend and will continue to use this host when I'm in Kingman.

It may have only been one night but what a lovely place. Clean and welcoming. Comfy bed to sleep in. We will definitely keep this one in our list as we may pass through again Thank you so much
