About this house rental
Kingman sits between Las Vegas and the Grand Canyon, which makes it a natural place to break the drive. Off-street parking at the door and keypad entry at any hour. Air conditioning, a full kitchen, in-unit laundry and ALLO fiber internet, with a private fenced backyard and a private entrance. Groceries, casual dining and the Stockton Hill shopping corridor are all a short drive. One bedroom with a king bed, and air mattresses are available for up to four guests. The unit next door is also ours.
-No eating or drinking in the bedrooms or living room. Please enjoy your meals and drinks in the kitchen/dining area.
-Please make sure that you turn off all lights and electronics when you leave the property.
-Please do not place the AC unit below 70 degrees.
-Please ensure that all windows and doors are locked when you leave to ensure the safety of your personal property in the unit.
-Please place a sheet over the couch and bed comforter if your pets are going to be laying on it.
-Please deflate and put away blow up mattress if used.

Pros: This location was perfect for driving to and from my relative’s place. Close to fairgrounds, park, library, Walmart, Safeway, Dollar Tree, fast food all around etc.
The King size bed was comfy. Nice clean, new open-style shower. Small couch, no coffee table or extras. Decor very plain, but clean. Nice little place for 1-2 people.
Cons: lacking any special touches. No snacks provided, no guestbook and no books or pillows on couch. Wall decor boring. This is not important to a lot of travelers. Spent 8 days here. The refrigerator door is on backwards for using effectively.
Yes, would rent here again.
