We really enjoyed our stay here! The place was spacious and worked very well for our group of 9. There were 5 bedrooms, and each room was comfortable enough for 3–4 people, so everyone had plenty of space.
The place was also very clean, and the location was convenient for getting around. The host was very responsive as well — whenever we sent a message, we received a quick reply.
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this place to larger groups or families.
A few things could be improved. The storage space in each bedroom was quite limited, especially the bedside tables, so there wasn’t much space to put personal belongings and we often had to leave things on the floor.
The dryer also needed to be run 3–4 times before the clothes were fully dry, which was not very convenient for a large group.
The light sensor in the bathroom of the first bedroom on the second floor also turned off after only a minute or two, so we had to wave our hands to activate it again while using the bathroom.
Lastly, the sound insulation between the bedrooms was quite poor. We could easily hear conversations and other noises from the neighbouring room, which was a little disruptive.

Lokal spełnia oczekiwania i jest świetnie doposażony.. Klimatyzacja działa bez zarzutu, a nawet lokal ma wykupione Netflix, itp...
Lokal spełnia oczekiwania, ale położenie lokalu w meksykańskiej, brudnej i lekko niebezpiecznej dzielnicy nie sprzyja komfortowi swobodnego poruszania się po okolicy.

When i first booked this i wasn't sure of what I was getting . But let me tell you this place is so neat its 2 levels and there was so many room we all got slippers and shampoo in all our bathrooms it was so nice not what I expected they had full refrigerator and pots and pans good views AC in each rooms and everything was so close to where we needed to go it was by Universal studios ,the Santee Alleys, I highly recommend this place especially if u have alot of people staying with u .. When I come back im definitely staying here again . Thank u for a wonderfull stay
The parking for this place is tight .we had to talk to our neighbors to figure out who would park where and it also didn't help that we had a 15 passenger van but even if u had a car parking is still tight and limited

Nous avons apprécié la taille du logement même si la superficie de 92 m2 indiquée sur le site Booking ne correspondait pas vraiment à la réalité … nous étions plutôt sur du 70 m2 pas +
Le logement est bien équipé notamment avec une machine à laver et un sèche linge, très pratique sur un road trip de 3 semaines !
Parking même si l’emplacement est très exigu (vigilance pour les gros SUV)
La propreté sur les abords extérieurs de la propriété
Fenêtres des 2 chambres donnant sur le local poubelles … pas terrible !
L’accès aux parkings par le biais de la rue arrière ne fait pas rêver ! Éviter de s’y aventurer seul le soir !
Le canapé lit est opérationnel uniquement pour des personnes très légères (enfants)
ATTENTION : photo extérieure du bâtiment fausse ...pas du tout représentative ! Le cadre n'a rien à voir ! Photo très douteuse....S'en apercevoir une fois rentré lorsque l'on regarde d'un peu plus près ....c'est très décevant. Le soir il n'est pas conseillé de se balader dans les rues....rien à voir avec l'atmosphère paisible de la photo. Vidéo à l'appui si besoin !
