Angie and her team of staff provided exceptional hospitality and the experience felt like home away from home. The location was central & perfectly situated in Galle Fort and our room was exactly like the advertised photos, stylish and comfortable.There was a good choice of breakfast options included from Western to local cuisine. The Sri Lankan breakfast we chose was a beautifully prepared feast of your choice of curry, Dahl, potato curry, string hoppers, abundant condiments & brinjal. Thank you Angie for making our stay so memorable & a highlight of our travels.

Stunning property in great location right in the heart of Galle Fort. It’s hard to believe this oasis of calm is within the Fort area. Beautiful decor and immaculately clean.
Rooms are lovely with an abundance of communal areas where you can sit too.
Good choice of breakfast. Nothing to dislike at all and, although it’s more expensive than most places around, if you want a place of calm moments walk from all the town offers then this is for you!

The building is outstanding. Breakfast was fantastic. Staff were amazing. Location is also great inside the fort. Peacock and other small animals come into the garden area.
With a pool this property would be faultless, a 10/10.
Additionally the Internet/Wifi would consistently drop out probably due to ongoing local power supply issues. The property however has its own backup generator.

A beautiful old property, very well decorated and full of character. It’s location is an easy walk to the fort, the lighthouse, restaurants, cafés, and shops, which made exploring the area incredibly convenient.
The host is so friendly and kind and made us feel very welcome from the start. A lovely place to stay if you want charm, comfort, and a walkable location close to everything. Highly recommended.
