Naleesha, was great, very helpful smily.
All the staff are good
Only thing you have to cross the main road to go to the restaurant.
I think they should ask the council to put a crossing there.

Our stay at Taavetti was absolutely flawless. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the property and the hospitality.
The Vibe: The ambiance is incredibly peaceful and serene, making it the perfect place to unwind.
The Property: The rooms are beautifully designed, and the entire facility is gorgeous and immaculate.
The Staff: Exceptional service! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable.
The Location: Ideal positioning. It is within walking distance to a lovely private beach and just a quick, easy tuk-tuk ride away from the historic Galle Fort.
We already cannot wait to come back, especially once the new beach club is up and running! Highly recommended.

perhaps the location is a little way from the tourist spots if yu wanted to walk like the Galle Fort area and Unawatuna but the tuks tuks are so easy to organize using the Pick Me app and not that expensive it really wasnt an issue.

Lovely room, lodge surrounds and friendly accommodating staff.
Having the accommodation rooms separate from the dining facilities across a busy road was frustrating after a long day out. No room service was available. No local TV channels were available, and the bed was comfortable but very noisy simply trying to turn over in bed. Our room was not serviced during the day while we were out - we didn’t leave our key with reception as we didnt know we had to. They did give us new towels on request. The pool looked stunning but was right by reception so was impractical to use and no privacy. I understand it is the off season for tourists and developments of the property underway should improve future visits.
