Even better than in the pictures, we warmly recommend this hotel. We got upgraded and had the master bed room, which was amazing and has a massive bathroom. AC, mosquito nets, etc work well. Another couch or place to lounge in the AC area wouldn’t hurt.
Breakfast contained fresh fruits, yoghurt, granola, string hoppers, two curries and freshly made mango juice - can’t complain. Even a cup of tea or coffee is brought to your room in the morning
Coffee is instant coffee, no locally roasted, despite it being largely available.
No couch in the bed room, hence you can only „chill“ on the bed or in the lobby (which has no AC)

Warmish water in the bathroom, but considering the outside high temperature not a big issue 😂

The location and helpful service.
The Queen bed was uncomfortable. The fan and air conditioning in the room need updating.

Very friendly and helpful Hotel Manager. Helped with local activities, restaurants contacts for walking tour and cookery course . Staff also very helpful, polite and produced a great breakfast. Location perfect to explore Galle.
No faults, really great place. Only negative was the odd mosquito in the garden.
