Locatie heel goed, lekker centraal tussen alle toeristische plekken. Heerlijk hard bed, precies zacht genoeg. Prima airco en douche. Wij zaten in kamer 206 aan de achterkant. De kamer was erg schoon bij aankomst, en ook de dag erna goed schoongemaakt. Ontbijt heerlijk en vers.
Lekkage in één hoek van de kamer door de regen, gelukkig waren onze spullen niet nat geworden. Douche was prima, maar de geleverde shampoo is niet best, en belangrijker de douchekop kon je niet meer vastzetten, dus zat voor Europese lengtes wat laag. Gelukkig wel goede straal, de regendouche was niet te gebruiken, helemaal verkalkt.

The customer services at the front desk is , without exaggeration , exceptional. The staff notably Camie and the lady who handle our check-in , were incredibly friendly, polite, and professional. Their genuine warmth and impeccable, fluent English ( Camie) were a major highlight. In fact their helpfulness and sincerity were the primary reasons we chose to stay for all 3 nights. The location is perfect for tourist. Situated right in the heart of the city with excellent variety of dinning options. The biggest issue is the disproportion between price and comfort. The accommodation itself feels more akin to a simple, small inn or guesthouse which is not justify the premium price tag .A sincere thank you to Camie and the front desk team for making our stay pleasant through their remarkable service.
