I liked the property. It was very clean and comfortable. It has a unique style . Was very satisfied with my 6 night stay
The only problem at this time was the construction going on with the street.

I liked the clean safe feel of the motel. it was well kept updated and very well put together. I did notice the neighbor hood was a little on the rough side. But i felt good about the entire stay and would go back.
I wasn't clear on the coffee and breakfast arrangements from the material in the room it seemed like it wasn't included at all. Then I confirmed at least the coffee was included. Maybe some happy medium there.

The retro remodeling was nicely done and the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.
First it was very noisy with road construction of a new transit system from early morning throughout the day. Then in the evening the bar music and traffic noise made it difficult to sleep. Ended up using a white noise app to drown out the background noise.
Second the location on East Colfax is in a bad part of town. While checking in we ran into a drugged out couple looking for the 'office' to get a room. I pointed them to the app but they didn't have a smart phone so they left. Also a homeless person was camped out adjacent to the property.
Third there is no coffee in the room and the on-site cafe with complimentary coffee which was suppose to open was closed.
