The host met us.
With too many emails we lost track of the codes. A last minute text with the codes would have helped.

A beautiful, stylish apartment in a great, central location at the end of the Royal Mile, minutes from Waverley Station and all the venues for the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and Military Tattoo. We loved staying there and can’t recommend it highly enough.
It was very clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need on arrival, from croissants to bread, butter, jam, tea, coffee, milk, porridge, biscuits etc. Even vegan milk and cheese for one of our party. Our host was incredibly helpful and friendly, checking several times that we had everything we needed. We will definitely stay there again when we visit Edinburgh.
Visitors have to be prepared for the 40 steps up to the second floor apartment. We found them no problem at all.

The size and location was perfect for our family of 4, the host communicated clearly and often making everything very smooth from arrival to departure.
The extra touches like a fresh loaf and croissants in the kitchen on arrival were a nice cherry on top.
