Absolutely loved my stay here!! Great quiet location, close to everything. Facilities were clean, modern, and wonderful. Rooms were great with a big bed and a/c and a safe place to keep belongings. The host was incredible and I don’t have enough nice things to say, he was kind and really helped me when I was sick! Would stay here again in a heartbeat

I had such an amazing stay at hiri hideout and genuinely loved this place. It’s a new, very clean, and well-maintained hostel with excellent facilities. Everything is organized and comfortable, and you can really tell that the facilities are well cared for. The bunk beds are surprisingly huge and comfortable for a hostel, with great privacy for each bed. They’re also very sturdy and solid, so you barely feel any movement when someone is using the ladder or getting in and out of the bunk which I really appreciated. The AC works really well, and the showers have strong water pressure. I also loved the peaceful location. It’s away from the noise but still conveniently close to the beach, shops, restaurants, and Turtle Point. A special mention to Pubudu, who is honestly one of the kindest and most welcoming people I met during my travels in Sri Lanka. He’s incredibly helpful, approachable, trustworthy, and always happy to assist whenever you have questions or need anything. I truly enjoyed my stay here. It’s such a comfortable and welcoming place, and if I ever come back to Hiriketiya, I’ll definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! ❤️

Super liebe und hilfsbereite Gastgeber in einem wunderschönen Hostel in angenehm ruhiger Lage und trotzdem nicht weit zum belebten Zentrum und zum Strand. Das Hostel ist sehr sauber, die Betten sehr bequem und großzügig mit Vorhang und der Garten sehr gemütlich. Perfekt um zum entspannen und Zeit mit neuen Freunden zu verbringen.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hiri Hideout. The host is very kind and welcoming. I felt right at home from the first day. Also, it’s in a very chilled part our Hiriketya Beach area and only a short walk to the beach. I really loved every minute of my stay here. :)
