We booked this lovely place last minute and it was perfect! Kavi and his partner were incredibly hospitable and made us feel very welcome. They even offered my friend some lime juice when she had food poisoning, which was such a thoughtful gesture.
We kept extending our stay because we loved it so much. The house is new, spotlessly clean, and finished to a very high standard. There are also thoughtful little touches, like an umbrella and a yoga mat.
It’s very close to the beach, which was perfect for us. We really loved our stay and would definitely recommend it! Good luck with the business 🧑💼 The owners also have a nearby Garlic Café, which serves really nice food.
The only thing we missed was having breakfast on the front porch — that would have made it perfect!

This is a brand new accommodation set in beautiful lush gardens, it’s one of only three cabanas and it is very clean, comfortable and modern, and exactly as the photos depict. The location is central to the village yet peaceful and tucked away. There is lots of wildlife passing through which is entertaining to watch from your private terrace. The aircon works very well and there is lovely hot water in the shower. The bed is very comfortable and we slept well and the room had good black out curtains.
It is the best place we’ve stayed in our 3 month travels of Sri Lanka. The breakfast is delicious. The owners are really lovely and can’t do enough for you, and go above and beyond to make your stay the best it can be. They also own the Garlic Cafe next door and the food there is excellent.
I would recommend this accommodation to anyone and would happily stay again

We had an amazing stay at Kos Hiriketiya. You get your own little private villa (they have 3 in total), thoughtfully designed and equipped with everything you need. Every morning, a delicious and beautifully presented breakfast is served right on your front porch.
Everything was spotlessly clean. The bed is large and very comfortable. The location is excellent - quiet and convenient, with most places within easy walking distance.
The villa also includes a small, well-equipped kitchen, making it ideal not only for short visits but for longer stays as well.
With the attention and warmth the host family and team gives, you feel so welcome and home from the moment you arrive.
