Great location, comfortable, well equipped
Not their fault but , we had no power until the second day. Noisy air conditioning, one bed soft the other hard, plenty of kitchen utensils but no forks

Cleanliness. Comfortable beds, A/C. Free parking a huge plus! Convenient location away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki.
Furnishings need upgrading. Cushions on sofa were torn with stuffing coming out. Only one (1) fork to eat with. Limited hot water in shower.

部屋が綺麗に清掃されていた。海側の部屋ではなく低層階であったものの、眺めが良かった。直前での人数変更にも対応してもらえた。バッグを低価格で預けることができた。
チェックイン時、事前に伝えられたパスワードを入力してもドアロックが解除されなかった。その後フロントに行き、パスワードを変更してもらった。数十分で解決した。チェックアウト前に誰かにノックされた。おそらく係員だろう。部屋の温度調整が難しかった。
