LLONGA'S Collection - Hotel & Spa

The location is great, in the center of ciutadella. Very well decorated and very comfy. The terrace was also great and private. The spa was very enjoyable and had 2 private showers with towels. A special big thanks to Foued, who gave us the best service we could have ever expected and more! He made us breakfast and coffee with such a great attitude that it truly made our mornings feel extra special. He always went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. His kindness, professionalism, and positive energy really stood out throughout our stay. This exceptional service made our stay even more enjoyable and truly felt like a 5-star experience.

Missing a garbage can in the room, the only one was in the bathroom. One of the beds is in the same room as the bathroom and sink, which made the area quiet humid to sleep in

Lo que más nos gustó fue la habitación tan bonita y espaciosa.La localización también es buena y el trato es maravilloso

Que no dispusieran de albornoces para disfrutar del maravilloso spa.También echamos en falta el champú en la ducha,como algún set de baño y sobretodo un aparcamiento privado.

El trato del personal fue excelente. La habitación cómoda y muy acogedora. Todos los detalles estaban cuidados para hacer una estancia confortable. El spa del sótano un espacio genial también.

Por poner alguna pega, es un establecimiento de apertura reciente y tenía alguna percha un poco suelta.
