Super sauber, mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Ruhig, weil wochenende. Waren im Sommer bei heißem Wetter dort und durch nordseitige Fenster war alles sehr erträglich von den Temperaturen.

Kein Parkplatz an der Unterkunft. Mussten uns erst vor Ort darum Kümmern . kein reservierter Parkplatz mit der Unterkunft mit . Obwohl andere Gäste erzählt haben das sie einen Parkplatz zugewiesen bekommen haben. Keinen Zugang zu denn Müllraum da kein Chip vorhanden war Müll Entsorgung sehr schlecht .

Piękny apartament z wielkim balkonem, czysto, nowocześnie, dobre wyposażenie. Płynny kontakt z wynajmującym, samodzielne zameldowanie, żadnych problemów, wszystkie potrzebne informacje otrzymałam przed przyjazdem 😊 Super lokalizacja blisko metra. No i cena bardzo atrakcyjna. Jeśli kiedyś będę w Wiedniu, to na pewno wrócę. Polecam w 100% ❤️

Großes, sauberes Apartment in der 3. Etage mit schönem Balkon. Kommunikation mit Gastgeber ok. Vor Buchung konnte ich keinen Hinweis auf eine Baustelle finden. Das war insofern ärgerlich, da es mir sehr schwer viel mich bei dem Baulärm zu konzentrieren und im Apartment arbeiten musste. Angaben zu den Parkplätzen und Ladestation für e-Fahrzeuge stimmen in der Ausschreibung nicht. Es empfiehlt sich vorher selbstständig mit den Parkmöglichkeiten und Ladestandorten, sowie Preisen auseinanderzusetzen, da direkt vor Ort keine bezahlbaren Parkplätze und Ladestation verfügbar war. Wenn die Baustelle einmal abgeschlossen ist und die Parkplatzsituation entspannter ist, würde ich wiederkommen.
