This was a lovely little place to stay. Close to town. It was very clean and seemed to have everything we wanted. I only complaint was the gates that you had to use to enter into the property. It’s a padlock with tiny tiny little numbers that I could barely see. I struggled for several minutes at a time to lock and unlock the gates. And the gate is super heavy. It would be really nice if they would put an electric gate in because me being elderly I had a very tough time with it.

The host Amy was very helpful and patient when we had an issue getting in. It was not her fault. I didn’t read the directions properly. We found a great restaurant in a short walk to the plaza. The location is great and very private. We will stay there again on our next visit to Arcata.

Great little house with private access. I appreciated all of the amenities provided … nice bath towels, bedding, full size fridge, dishes, pots/pans, spices, coffee, etc. I loved being three blocks from the town square and two blocks from Safeway.
