When you arrive at "Sa Caseta, you will be fascinated by the idyllic surroundings with their breathtaking views of the charming town of Artà.
To the left there is a small car park and a sun terrace with table and chairs, the perfect place for a morning coffee. To the right, another terrace leads to a lush lawn with sun loungers, ideal for sunbathing in the shade of mature trees. In the centre, a refreshing pool with a curved edge invites you to cool off on hot summer days.
Inside, the villa exudes warmth and comfort and has 80 m² of modern living space. The open-plan living room has a fireplace and provides a lovely setting for cosy evenings, while the fully equipped kitchen with dining table is ideal for indoor meals. With two cosy bedrooms and a spacious bathroom, it is designed for relaxation. Light-coloured walls and high wooden beamed ceilings enhance the airy atmosphere. "Sa Caseta is often chosen by couples who want to spend a romantic getaway and enjoy the peaceful location. At night, the illuminated monastery of San Salvador adds a magical touch to your holiday.
The small, cosy stone villa "Sa Caseta is situated in a secluded location on a small hill about 4 km west of Artà. Here you live in the midst of wild and romantic nature with ancient trees. Cypresses, almonds, baobabs and olive trees characterise the gentle hilly landscape. An incredibly far-reaching view of the small town of Artà is a highlight of this holiday home. The beautiful, natural sandy beach of Cala Torta is only 15 km away, with other beaches even closer to the house.
