"Es Puchet is a charming Mallorcan villa that can accommodate up to four guests, but is also ideal for couples looking for a quiet retreat. Situated at the end of a quiet road on a small hill, this property offers breathtaking views of the lush surrounding hills and complete seclusion.
The outdoor area is perfect for relaxing, reading or barbecuing on warm summer evenings and offers covered seating. The villa has a beautifully designed meandering pool that provides a refreshing escape on hot days, as well as an integrated Jacuzzi for ultimate relaxation.
The interior of the villa is modern and practical, with light-coloured walls, exposed beam ceilings and wooden windows that enhance its homely feel. The open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a dining table and a cosy living room with satellite TV and fireplace. The two cosy bedrooms, each with two single beds, ensure a restful night's sleep. The bathroom has a typical Spanish design with modern fittings. With central heating, "Es Puchet is perfect for year-round holidays.
The small, cosy stone villa "Es Puchet is situated in an extremely quiet and secluded location on a small hill around three kilometres west of Artà, surrounded by wild and romantic nature. Cypress, almond, baobab and olive trees characterise the gently rolling landscape. The beautiful, unspoilt sandy beach of Cala Torta can be reached by car in around 20 minutes. The breathtaking harbour village of Cala Ratjada can also be reached in the same time.
