Finca Ses Eretes is set in a particularly idyllic garden with all kinds of secluded spots, making it an ideal destination for anyone looking for peace and quiet and an all-round aesthetic ambience for their holiday on Mallorca. Almond and olive trees and small fountains, tall palm trees and cypresses create a typical island flair in the semi-shade of the property. Small paths made of natural stone run through the generously designed garden, which is rich in Mediterranean shrubs, cacti and flowering plants. Make yourself comfortable on the stylish daybed and enjoy the fantastic view of the surrounding landscape with its green, rolling hills. Maybe you'll have company from the two cute cats that belong to the finca. As soon as you feel like cooling off, you can slide into the beautiful pool, which is so long that even athletic swimmers will be delighted. Later, the covered terrace is the ideal place to savour all the culinary delights that can be found at Artà's weekly market. A glass of wine from a Mallorcan bodega is the perfect accompaniment.
The finca itself also enchants with its extremely stylish ambience: All rooms are friendly and bright, the two terraces with full glazing allow Mediterranean light to flood into the house, one of which even has an extra fireplace. The interior of the house is characterised by trendy furniture and fabrics as well as modern works of art. The emphasis on wood and stone creates a natural cosiness. The open-plan living room has a cosy seating area with a fireplace. This area leads directly into the dining area, which in turn is connected to the fully equipped kitchen. The concept of stylish cosiness is consistently continued in the two bedrooms. The modern, white-tiled bathrooms also fit in with the tasteful design of the entire finca. It is located below the covered seating area by the pool and therefore offers an extra dose of privacy. Speaking of which: this home is also wonderfully cosy in winter as it has underfloor heating. In summer, however, it is pleasantly cool thanks to its design. The best way to describe Villa Ses Eretes is an incredibly beautiful jewel surrounded by greenery. Thanks to its romantic atmosphere, it is perfect for couples. The picturesque artists' town of Artà is only 4.7 km away and offers numerous shopping facilities for daily needs. Beautiful sandy beaches such as Sa Marjal are around 18 minutes away by car.
