After a refreshing dip in your private mini-sea, you can take a siesta on the surrounding terrace, on one of the sun loungers under an awning or, if you feel you haven't had enough sun yet, take a lunch break. Relax on the sunbathing lawn and let the warm sun gently caress your skin. Travelling with children? No need to worry - the pool is child-safe. The outdoor area is beautifully designed with elongated gravelled areas and four islands with carefully planted greenery. The restored façade of the 100-year-old villa with its brown shutters is a real eye-catcher and towers over a covered terrace with a large table where you can enjoy your holiday delicacies prepared to your taste on the barbecue.
Inside, you will quickly realise that your holiday home is full of modern elements and radiates a sublime brightness, even though it can look back on a long history. Everything here bears witness to the exquisite style of the owners, who have created a very bright and inviting interior with great attention to detail and also thanks to the large windows. You can easily prepare more elaborate dishes in the perfectly equipped kitchen and serve them in the same room at the white wooden table, which can also be used for playing board games or socialising. A sliding door made of light-coloured wood opens into the modern living room, where you can choose between rocking chairs and two comfortable sofas. Sitting here, you can enjoy the crackling, stylish fireplace, which creates a cosy, warm atmosphere, or watch one of the classics from your must-see film list. After all, holidays are the perfect opportunity to finally do all the things you never find the time for. On the ground floor there is a bedroom, a bathroom and a second bedroom with bathroom accessible only from this room. Unobtrusive artwork scattered throughout the house breaks up the expanse with a generous, minimalist, clean touch. The staircase in the hallway leads up to the upper floor, where you are greeted by another living room with sofas. White is the predominant colour in combination with other earthy natural tones. On the first floor there is also a balcony with a view of the sea shimmering in a thousand shades of blue in the distance.
Even when you leave the villa to explore the surrounding area, you will find numerous natural colour tones. The villa is located directly on a road, which you can sometimes hear. However, the advantage of this is that you are very well connected and your daily shopping can be done in the village of Son Servera, which is only 7 km away and invites you to take a stroll with its steep alleyways. On the way there, you will pass the Pula golf course, where you can work on your handicap. Or you can drive to the lively coastal town of Cala Millor, which is just 7 kilometres from your villa. Here you can visit the local market on Sundays, where you can buy fresh fish caught by the fishermen in the morning. Of course, you can also go into the sea, because thanks to the fine, white sand and the excellent water quality, the entry is gentle and very smooth. Costa de los Pinos, with its turquoise waters and idyllic coves that make every holidaymaker's heart beat faster, is just 8 minutes away. To round off your day, you can enjoy the unforgettable evening atmosphere in the small town of Artà, around 7.6 km away, with its many winding alleyways. Villa Bell Jardi combines centuries of tradition with unrivalled modernity and is a testament to the versatility of this special region of Mallorca. Here, Son Servera with its steep streets stands in stark contrast to the beautiful, gentle nature that surrounds it.
