This wonderfully rustic yet modern finca in the east of Mallorca not only impresses with its family-friendly furnishings, but also with its charming country house character, which is clearly recognisable both inside and out. The holiday home with Mallorcan farmhouse flair, situated in a wonderful secluded location, fits particularly well into this coastal region, which captivates with its gently undulating green landscape. The finca is surrounded by numerous trees and an orchard. At the same time, the private pool area with surrounding terrace offers numerous positions for sun loungers. Some of them are protected by a stylish pergola or parasol. There is also a children's swing for younger visitors, so active entertainment is guaranteed. Cosy outdoor seating is available at the brick barbecue with integrated outdoor kitchen. From the covered balcony with a further dining area on the roof terrace on the first floor, you can enjoy a marvellous view.
From there, you also have direct access to the spacious living room with cosy fireplace and open dining area. The country-style furniture reflects the successful symbiosis of tradition and modernity that can only be found in fincas on Mallorca. In the fully equipped kitchen with cooking island, preparing meals together is a pleasure because somehow the convivial preparation of meals is also part of a holiday (the barbecue can of course be included here). The cosy furnishings with soft colours create a feel-good atmosphere. There is enough space for up to seven people and two babies, making the finca ideal for a holiday with two families. On the living level on the upper floor, there is a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a second, spacious bathroom. Three further bedrooms, two doubles and one single, are located on the ground floor and can be reached via an internal staircase from the open-plan living area, as well as a third bathroom with a bathtub. This rustic, extensively renovated holiday finca boasts a plot with an adjoining orchard, wonderful outdoor seating areas and a private pool. It is located close to the audible country road that leads along the east coast of Mallorca to Cala Ratjada. The pretty villages of Son Servera or Costa del Pins can be reached in approx. 5 minutes and offer good shopping facilities. In Costa des Pins you will find a fine sandy beach, also known as Sa Marjal.
