Excelente ubicación para disfrutar Paris caminando

La ubicación es perfecta. Agradable y silencioso para dormir. Todo limpio y buena calidad de toallas y sábanas.

No tiene tostadora y le falta vajilla para todos por igual, además no encontramos cuchillos cocineros, hace un poco más complicado preparar algo para comer ahí mismo o incluso el desayuno. La mesa de la cocina está suelta, no se puede usar y sólo tiene 2 pisos altos.

Fairly disappointed at the owner responses / lack of assistance.

Great location, apartment was clean.

Not enough towels provided for number of people staying, owner notified and nothing extra provided while we were there for 4 nights despite promise and multiple requests. No hand soap or hand towel, no washing powder. Kitchen - advertised as being available for cooking which is a joke - one fork, no knives, no cooking utensils or preparation items at all. Height of the loft- only kids could fit upstairs. We stayed while it was between 30 and 35 degrees - only two small fans provided.

Very disappointed

There was nothing to like about the property

No iron or ironing board, no microwave, ceilings real low in bathroom not even 6ft, not one knife at’ll and only one fork and tea spoon, no waste bin at’ll, pillows missing for the back rest of the sofa, no drain cover in the shower, no bed pillows, stairs to other bed ridiculously steep and dangerous for children, and access was terrible with suitcases

Poor communication and a hassle checking in

The location was great. Within walking distance of Notre Dame. They let us check in 30 minutes before the agreed time. We asked them several times to have the check in information.

They gave me the check in details just before we were allowed to check in. They confirmed that I had a cot and then told me that I hadn’t paid for it and so didn’t supply it. I learned all of this after the stay. Their communication is great when they want you to pay but then they ghost you when you have a question. It caused a lot of anxiety and confusion because I didn’t know if I’d been ripped off as I paid them directly, not through booking.com. There were no basics. No soap. No complimentary products at all. There’s a coffee pod with the wrong coffee pods. Someone must have bought them by mistake. The bathroom floor was a bit grubby and forget cooking, there’s barely any cutlery or cups. It’s unloved and they couldn’t care less. Not a nice experience.

Locatie is echt top, naast leuk winkelgebied, tegenover Pompidou (met parking) en op loopafstand van Ile de la cite en Seine.

We hebben voor 5 personen geboekt, maar het is eigenlijk geschikt voor 4 personen om acceptabel te slapen. Ventilator ontbreekt in woonkamer en daardoor is slapen op de bank zwaar. Er is verder geen brandtrap of uitgang in geval van nood/brand.

Appartement bien situé. Quartier assez calme.

La table est petite, très bancale (il serait bien de la changer). Le canapé ne tient plus d'un bloc en mode canapé lit. La propreté était moyenne (poils sur certains draps, un drap était tâché de sang, bloc à clé poisseux).
