トラブルはあったが、メールやチャットのレスポンスは早くその辺りはストレスはなかった。
なんとか応えようとしてくれる姿勢はあるが、結局解決できず、また情報も錯綜したのかこちらとのコミュニケーションが上手にいかなかった。
ただ、最終的な評価としては国内旅行並みにホストがゲストをもてなそうとする姿勢は感じられた。
詳細は省くが、最終的にはホスト側の不手際があったものの、解決しようとメールやチャットのレスポンスは速かった。
恐らく今後はこのような事は起こらないと思う。

We were blown away by the beauty of this hanok. The place looks amazing, so many thoughtful details. Clearly a lot of love has gone into curating the space. The linen felt so luxurious. The location is fabulous.
While staying here was a great experience, the bed was pretty uncomfortable for those of us not used to sleeping on a thin futon.
The booking system isn't very clear that there are different locations around Seoul that you could be booked into - the original booking had one location listed but then this changed on the final confirmation email and I hadn't realised so initially went to the wrong place.

Hele fijne ruimte. Ligging echt perfect. Heel centraal en een hele fijne buurt. Modern maar ook traditioneel. Heel schoon. Zeker een aanrader. Ik zou het zelf nog een keer boeken.
