10 minutes from north entrance of Joshua Tree National Park. Check-in was easy, codes for gate and house. The kitchen has everything you need, plenty of bottled water for cooking and driking since tap water is not recommendended for drinking in the Joshua Tree areas. Hosts very responsive to messages. House has 2 bedrooms, we only needed one so price reflected one bedroom. Additional $50 pernight for second bedroom. Only pay for what you need.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, safe. The house feels like a home inside and outside. The hosts went out of their way to provide a welcoming retreat and were eager to answer questions we might have. The kitchen was well stocked, the bed comfortable. The house sits about 5 miles from downtown, on a very large fenced-in lot, with no neighbors nearby. This remoteness makes it ideal for relaxing outside for hours, soaking in the 360degree views of the spectacular sunrises and sunsets over the mountains, enjoying the star-studded night sky, and listening to the silence of the desert. After three wonderfully relaxing nights, we want to come back to this superb property.
Nothing negative. We loved everything about Mid-Century Magic.
