The villa is in a great central location. Checkin was smooth and host communication was great. The room is newly renovated, sparkling clean and well furnished. The wifi is video quality and access was easy.
We highly recommend a stay at AJK Villa.

очень понравилось проживание в этом месте. Хозяин оказался крайне внимательным, всегда был на связи и готов помочь по любому вопросу.
Апартаменты полностью соответствуют описанию: всё чисто, аккуратно и продумано до мелочей. В наличии есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания — посуда, средства личной гигиены, большой холодильник с морозильной камерой, а также бутылки воды в холодильнике по приезде. Отдельно хочется отметить хороший интернет и отлично работающий кондиционер.
Расположение тоже очень удобное: до пляжа можно добраться всего за несколько минут на тук-туке. Рядом есть фруктовая лавка и магазин с товарами первой необходимости и напитками.
Также порадовало наличие отдельного входа.
С удовольствием остановились бы здесь снова.

Really nice, clean, and spacious room in Negombo! There’s everything you need for a comfortable stay and it’s in a great position to explore the city. I was able to walk easily from the train station and also to the beaches and restaurants.
The hosts are extremely kind and do everything to make sure their guests have a comfortable stay. They even waited with me early in the morning to make sure I got my airport ride safely.
The neighborhood is quiet, and with the comfortable bed I got a great night’s sleep. It was nice to have a refrigerator and kettle, and the shower was great—everything was super clean. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in the area. Istuti!
