Tedi and the manager that appeared on the day of checkout were nice, if I needed something they did their best to help. We were told on the day of our checkout that we can checkout much later since no one else is arriving to the room. We liked the outdoor bath that was included in our room rate, and the room was spacious and clean.
For the price, it's not a great deal besides the room itself - it feels like there's a lot of potential but we were beta testing the hotel - at a premium rate instead of discounted rate. On check in we were told nothing - breakfast times, parking, facilities - everything we had to ask for - even wine glasses and an opener for the room (I kinda expected a complimentary wine bottle at our rate but that's besdies the point). The non-manager employees (besides Tedi) weren't very approachable or communicative - I suggest you improve it because we felt awkward to ask them questions.
We were very disappointed with the breakfast - it was a lot of variety but nothing was tasty - this the most crucial point as we weren't even expecting much and were still disappointed.
