The staff was amazing, from giving us advice about how to do our tour at Zhangjiajie National Park more efficient to helping us with laundry and setting up an extra room.
Really good people here, kind and helpful.
Although it was very close to Zhangjiajie national park, it was far from other attractions like Tianmen Mountain, Qixing Mountain via Ferrata and the city downtown itself.

The owner was so kind and accomodating - she organised an airport pickup when we flew in at 11pm, organised taxis to drive us to the railway station, and offered water bottles, pepsi, watermelon and other sweets every morning before we left and every night when we came back.
She also advised us of best routes for the national park and tianmen mountain and her English is great. Her brother helped us park our car and moved our luggage up and down the stairs.
We booked the superior king room which was spacious with a great view of the forest, was extremely clean with new towels every day, wifi, and modern appliances/power outlets. The bathroom was large and very clean, the air conditioner was powerful and lights all controllable from buttons near the bed.
The hotel is situated close to the national park South Gate for access to golden whip stream - we drove 40 minutes to the east gate at Wulingyuan where there’s public parking for hire cars underground. There’s a gas station 2 minutes from the hotel. The drive up is wind-y with a lot of tight corners, take caution with other drivers and tour buses.

very convenient location close to the gates, Driver was exceptional, very down to earth guy help pick me up from each location everyday and to my next hotel and the host of the hotel treat me like family she was super kind and helpful with teaching me how to navigate the national park and giving me the best route to take to tianmen mountain and booking tickets was very easy that she help organise and even upgraded my room upon arrival

I love every aspects of my stay here! The room was super clean, and I was offered the best room with beautiful view towards the mountain. The landlord also let me keeping my luggages after checking out.
On the other hand, the lady was exceptionally kind and help booking tickets and planning my 2 days itinerary trip to Zhangjiajie forest park and Tianmenshan mountain! She also speaks English while explaining the journey. Moreover, I also hot my dirty laundry cleaned free of charge and offered coffee while waiting for the taxi to pick me up.
