La proximité avec la plage. Propreté

Nous avions réservé un T3 plusieurs mois à l’avance et payé notre séjour en avance afin de partir sereinement. À notre arrivée, nous avons découvert que le logement réservé avait été attribué à d’autres personnes et qu’un T2 nous était imposé à la place, sans aucune information préalable. Le logement était beaucoup trop petit pour notre famille. Les filles ont dû dormir dans le salon, où elles ont très mal dormi pendant le séjour. Faute de place, nous ne pouvions même pas prendre nos repas tous ensemble et, une fois les enfants couchés, il nous était impossible de profiter de nos soirées entre adultes puisque la pièce de vie leur servait de chambre. Une grande partie de nos vacances a été consacrée à échanger avec l’hôte et le service client Booking pour tenter de résoudre une situation dont nous n’étions absolument pas responsables. Le plus décevant est que l’hôte a toujours affirmé ne subir aucun préjudice financier en expliquant que le T2 et le T3 étaient au même prix, alors que nous avions bien réservé un autre logement. Malgré la reconnaissance du problème par Booking, la proposition d’indemnisation est restée très insuffisante au regard des désagréments subis. Je vous conseille de bien vérifier que le logement qui vous sera attribué est réellement celui que vous avez réservé, car ce n’est malheureusement pas ce qui nous est arrivé. Tinha tudo que se necessitava.

Não deixaram papel higiênico suficiente e não nos avisar para tal. Como não conhecíamos a zona ficámos um pouco perdidos, não vimos algum supermercado e nem mercearias na zona. De resto correu bem
