Wyndham Mallorca Portocolom Resort

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and everything looked relatively new. The hotel staff were also kind and friendly.

There were, however, a few things that could be improved. The room had a slight smell of humidity, and the air conditioning did not work. We only noticed this on our last day and did not really need to use it, so we informed the reception when checking out, hoping it could be fixed for the next guests. Our main concern is that, in our opinion, the hotel does not quite live up to a 4-star standard. We could see that the hotel had been renovated recently and that many things are new, but the rooms and common areas are furnished with rather inexpensive materials. Some design choices, such as the plastic plants and flowers, fake stone counters, also give the impression that the renovation was done with a relatively limited budget. Unfortunately, these details take away from the overall feeling of quality and comfort that we would expect from a 4-star hotel. We were also not informed upon arrival that room cleaning is only provided every three days. This should have been clearly communicated at check-in, as it can otherwise cause some confusion. In our opinion, cleaning only once every three days also feels insufficient for a 4-star hotel. The bar itself was nice, with a good selection of options. However, when we visited, only one person was working, so the service was quite slow and we had to wait. Overall, we had an okay and pleasant stay, especially if you do not plan to spend much time at the hotel itself. In our opinion, there are still several aspects that prevent it from feeling like a true 4-star experience.

Les infrastructures sont très bien et bien entretenues. (Piscine, salle de sport) Le service de restauration est agréable (nous y avons mangé quelques midis)

La literie n’est pas confortable il s’agit d’un lit clic-clac. Le ménage devait être fait 2 fois dans le séjour, il n’a été réalisé qu’une seule fois la veille de notre départ (pas très utile). Il y avait beaucoup de bruit le matin car nous étions près des endroits de stockage pour le ménage, vers 7h du matin des chariots étaient traînés sans faire attention engendrant beaucoup de bruit.

За три дні не було жодного прибирання. Дитяче ліжко дуже скрипить і також скриплять вхідні двері у номер.

Der Poolbereich war sehr schön genau wie das Meer welches ca. 2 min vom Hotel weg ist.

Leider war unser Zimmer für zwei Personen viel zu klein und sah nicht wie auf den Bildern beschrieben aus. Außerdem blieb einem keine andere Möglichkeit, als mit der Klima an zu schlafen. Unser Zimmer hat sich so unglaublich schnell aufgeheizt, sodass man schwitzend In der Nacht wach geworden ist obwohl bereits den ganzen Tag die Klima lief. Mit Balkon komplett offen war es ebenfalls in Ordnung.
