Hotel comodo per la poca distanza dalle fermate metro di Bayswater e Queensway, con nei dintorni, negozi e ristoranti. Personale gentile e disponibile, pulizia buona.
Nella stanza la mancanza dell'aria condizionata, con le alte temperature estive che ora ci sono a Londra, si sente. Presente solo una piccola ventola funzionante a tratti. Anche l'assenza totale di appendini è un po' scomoda.

Staff were very friendly and amicable. Very good value for money especially for London during an event. Close to Bayswater station to go around London.

The room was clean but there wasn't anywhere to sit other than the bed and it was too squishy to settle on. I am used to having a table and chair for watching TV - the bed was unsuitable for that as it lacked sturdiness. But is was clean. And the TV worked for the BBC news
I needed a table and chair for reading/TV snacks. The wardrobe wasn't long enough to hang ladies dresses. There was only a tea cup and it wasn't sufficient for one teabag - needed a pot and another cup. The bed was too soft so I woke up every time to turn over and I had a stiff neck in the morning. I could have done with a paper map as Google does not like all the tall buildings and I was getting a lot of mixed messages from my phone app.
