Staff are great and very friendly. It's an older motel/lodge but comfy. Newer beds are comfortable and fridge and microwave are very nice amenities
It could use a few touch ups on the interior and exterior to freshen it up.

It is in a great location for driving through a beautiful canyon. It has the potential to be a nice place with updating of the stained bathroom flooring and shower stall, a bit more cleaning, an entry door lock that works, and a method of reaching staff after hours.
They had no idea we had a reservation there. We had to go to the closed bar next door to use a landline to reach them since neither Verison or T-Mobile were in range. The outside of the building looked scarey. We were relieved that the room wasn't dirty and the bed wasn't bad. It has the potential to be a nice place with updating of the bathroom, more cleaning, an entry door lock that works, and a method of reaching staff after hours.
