We had such an amazing stay at Cascara Resort Weligama. The property is absolutely beautiful, the amenities are top-notch, and being surrounded by so much greenery and nature makes it feel like a true escape.
What really stood out to us, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly warm, attentive and genuinely caring. They went out of their way to accommodate all our requests and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay.
A very special thank you to Dinithi, who was wonderful with us and our baby. She gave us such special attention, especially when preparing our baby’s meals, and was always happy to help with any of our other requests. Travelling with a little one isn’t always easy, so having someone who was so thoughtful and accommodating made our stay even more special.
It’s rare to find a place where the property is this beautiful and the hospitality is just as exceptional.
We absolutely loved our stay at Cascara and will definitely be coming back

A new complex which opened in February 2026. The facilities, room, and service were exceptional. We particularly liked the quietness and serenity. The pool was a welcome relief. Breakfast and dinners in the restaurant were excellent. All staff were friendly with a special mention to Tharushi at the front desk. Would definitely recommend.
