Fabulous studio with everything we needed. Super, comfortable big bed and lovely modern shower room. Tv with all the apps available. Perfect for a couple, and excellent location that we can’t recommend highly enough. Will definitely stay here again when we visit St Annes.

Nice n clean n fresh smelling! Plenty of things available,everything ud mostly need n more!comfybed,n table n chairs to sit on!extra cereal boxes were a surprise!
Didnt like the see through glass door on toilet,windows abit stiff to close,only left 3boxes of cereal instead four wud av been enough for two days!electric blanket fitted plug were annoying to lay on on one side of bed!water leaked through open glass shower shield! Plus no wardrobe asto speak of n shelves were filled with books,as cud av put our own things on like clothes if needed to!n no bin bag in toilet bin!

It had everything that you could need. There was a fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle with milk,tea and coffee supplied. There was a fabulous walk in shower, smart TV with all the channels. Cereal, croissants and jam.
Nothing apart from just sad that it’s not available for when I’m next in the area 😂

Great secluded location with a small private outdoor patio area with seating. Bright and clean rooms with plenty of cooking facilities and washing areas. Proprietors will very helpful and even went out of their way to find me and my son extended accommodation so we could stay longer.
Bathroom door needs to be more covered.
