Lovely location on ths edge of the village. Recently refurbished room with new furniture and carpet, very comfortable bed and good shower. Wide choice of evening meal, nicely cooked, generous portions and excellent value. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Please note this pub does not offer breakfasts.
There were no spare electric sockets, so we had to unplug the TV and/or bedside lamps to use the hairdryer and kettle.

Location
Slow service, a private bathroom doesn’t equate to a shared bathroom! Everyone used it, having a medical condition I didn’t expect others to be challenging for bathroom too!! Shower was ineffective and cold.
