Lovely stay! Beautiful space, delicious food, friendly staff. Loved wine in the bar and foods as well.
A bit dusty in the rooms, need better cleaning as it’s an old building.

Location. Unique building. Beautiful room with balcony. Lovely grounds and views. Swimming pool area.
Stuff varied in helpfulness. Up difficult stairs yet no help with luggage. No info about the castle or Salamanca. Limited dinner menus

Lovely location and beautiful building. The pool was fabulous. Very big bedroom and stunning grounds. The waiting staff for dinner were both charming and helpful as was the pool attendant.
The breakfast experience was not great. No one cared to direct us and, as we wanted to sit on the terrace with our dog, there were many stairs to negotiate as the restaurant was in the basement. When I went to pay, I asked for the bill and the man at the desk simply demanded my card. After I had paid, he told me that he couldn’t give me the breakdown as the system was down. He asked me to write down my email and promised to send later that morning. I have still not received.
