The Main House serves as the heart of the estate, featuring soaring ceilings, a dramatic great room, a chef's kitchen, multiple gathering spaces, a media room, and a game room. The separate Carriage House offers an additional private retreat, ideal for grandparents, couples, or guests seeking extra independence while remaining just steps from the main home.



Together, the estate comfortably accommodates up to twelve guests across six bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms, creating a flexible layout that's equally suited for family vacations, multi-generational gatherings, or weekends away with friends.



Outside, the experience is quintessential Vermont. Relax in the private hot tub, gather around the fire pit beneath star-filled skies, or wander through open meadows and wooded trails that surround the property. Every corner invites guests to slow down and reconnect with nature.

Guest Access:

Guests enjoy exclusive access to both the Main House and the Carriage House, along with the estate's surrounding outdoor spaces. Self check-in is available via smart lock for a seamless arrival.

Wildlife: This is a home in a rural part of the country. You may see wildlife including deer, coyotes, foxes, and bears. Please be mindful of your surroundings and leaving out food and trash.



Weather: In the winter, there will be snow, ice, and occasional snowstorms. We recommend driving a vehicle with AWD or 4WD. Please drive with caution and be prepared with regards to the ability of your vehicle to drive in the snow.



Power & Internet: This is a rural part of the country. You may lose power or internet during inclement weather. We do not issue refunds for loss of power or internet out of our control.



Air conditioner: There are 6 window units in the property. In the Main House, there are two in the living room, one in the master bedroom, and one in the bunk bedroom. In the Cottage, there’s one in the living room and one in the bedroom. AC availability is seasonal and depending on weather (late spring and summer). Heating is also seasonal, and depending on weather, available during the cold seasons (autumn-winter).



Pets: We love our furry friends, but this home isn’t set up to host pets. Thanks for understanding and helping us keep the space serene and welcoming for all.



Maximum occupancy: Please mind that this house can host a maximum of 12 guests per fire code. As per the fire department, infants are included in that number. Therefore, any infants included in the booking above maximum occupancy of 12 would unfortunately result in the reservation being cancelled.



Cancellation Policy: We cannot make any exceptions to our cancellation policy. Please consider traveler’s insurance.
