Features a reverse floor plan - the expansive great room offers stunning views of both ski slopes, highlighted by T&G vaulted ceilings, log accents, skylights, and a dramatic floor-to-ceiling fireplace. Large picture windows bring in natural light and showcase the breathtaking scenery. Conveniently located near Snow Summit and Bear Mountain ski resorts, the Alpine Zoo, National Forest hiking trails, and so much more!
LIVING SPACE - Spacious 2000+ sq ft home with a great room living room/game room, dining table, gas log fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath. Downstairs master bedroom has a king bed, ceiling fan, private balcony, and private bath. Downstairs second master bedroom has queen bed and ceiling fan. Downstairs third bedroom has 2 twin bunk beds (no closet access). All bedrooms are located on the downstairs entry level first floor. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Stainless steel stove with oven, double door refrigerator with ice maker/water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crock pot, deep fryer, dishes, pots/pans, and more.
AMENITIES - Great room includes a pool table, board games, and card games. Laundry area with side-by-side washer/dryer.
OUTDOORS - Upper front deck offers plenty of patio seating and sweeping views of Big Bear, including Snow Summit. The back deck features large hot tub, additional patio furniture, and peaceful views of the surrounding nature.
