We stayed 3 nights in family room (2 connected standard rooms). The rooms were big, the bathroom as well.
We liked the cake present for one of our child on her birthday and small gift for our kids by entering the room.
The hotel is not new, but the room was clean and everything worked as needed.
We also liked breakfast, enough to eat for everybody, a lot of choice.
Free WIFI is real free and worked good.
Paid underground parking on site is a nice option. Use the parking entrance at WTC, because the entrance at hotel is narrow, we managed to get in, but later on we used WTC for enter and exit.
The real gem - an italian restaurant in the hotel. Ate there twice, tasty, big portions, kids loved pizza and pasta, salmon with rice was also nice.
We missed a kettle to make tea in the room.
The soap bottle hanging on the bathroom wall is impractical. Children cannot reach it, so you always have to help them (even 9 years old). Moreover, you have to squeeze it to get soap, and when there is almost no soap left in it, you have to squeeze very hard with 2 hands (as adult). I didn't like that.

Everything was great. Parking garage is right at the hotel which is important in any big city. Good restaurant, good breakfast, the staff is friendly and helpful. Historic center is in 15 min walking distance.

Breakfast was excellent.
Location excellent
The room was very disappointing.Too small with no tea or coffee facilities.This is an expensive hotel and tephe room was poor value, The pillows were far too soft.
