First off, the location was great. You are right downtown within walking distance of almost anything nearby. The view from the 18th floor looking towards the lake was pretty nice. Overall the apartment was comfortable. Paid parking garage is right next door to the building. Although it is advertised as a luxury 18th floor condo, it's really just a regular apartment. There is nothing especially luxurious about it. But it's perfectly adequate for a 2-3 night stay.
Using the "keynest" for entry and checkout was a bit confusing at first, as well as having to use the other "portal" for check-in and out procedures. Somehow this needs to be streamlined and made more clear since it's all on the user to manage. It would be nice if check-in was a little earlier -- 4 pm seems late. There was a queue of about 4 other guests at checkout time (10 am) all trying to figure out the process. So we were not alone in our confusion. Furniture could use some updating. Carpet could use some cleaning.
