Very kind reception staff.
Nice/Good enough breakfast and had multiple options - it was good considering the cost.
Convenient location to the Metro and Sultanahmet & the Bazaar.

Quiet in the hotel which is good considering the streets are sometimes quite loud in central Istanbul.

The hotel is brand new and conveniently located, close to the historical center and several public transport options. The rooms, albeit very small, are well-equipped and clean. The staff was very kind at all times, especially the receptionists.
We had several issues during our stay, including a sewer odor in the bathroom, problems with the AC, and missing bed linen. However, all of these were addressed promptly. The location can be quite chaotic throughout the day due to heavy traffic and constant noise. The buffet breakfast was far from what was shown in the pictures, and the food available was neither fresh nor of good quality. I also cannot recommend the hotel’s restaurant, given the poor experience we had there one evening.

Elegimos a Zalel Hotels por la ubicación y valió totalmente la pena, está ubicado en la zona turística donde todo te queda cerca para hacer turismo caminando y también para tomar el metro y movilizarte en transporte público y lo más importante es que es una zona segura, el personal super amable, nos ayudaron en todo momento , recomendado al 100 %

Clean rooms and friendly staff, good and fairly varied breakfast. Very good location.
I booked a deluxe room and was given a room smaller than 12 square meters. Rooms are assigned randomly regardless of what you book, according to them a superior room is a step up from deluxe. My daughter's standard room was larger than my "deluxe" room. The receptionist offered to change my room, but I had already unpacked all my luggage and he kept trying to convince me I was wrong, even though I had seen five rooms, it made me feel stupid. They had a table for smokers outside, but the employees would hang out there smoking, so sometimes I had to stand on the sidewalk.
